Alternatively, you can drink ginger tea flavored with honey or you can simply take the fresh ginger slices with or without honey installation.
Rice Water Against Gastritis
Rice water especially the white rice, not the brown rice, helps to decrease vomiting if caused by gastritis. Remember, rice water is also effective in gastroenteritis (also called stomach flu) type of vomiting. Boil a cup of rice in the water with one to one or one to half ratio. Apple Cider Vinegar – A Detoxifying
Apple cider vinegar is known for its detoxifying ability. It calms the stomach and also helps to treat food poisoning due to anti-bacterial effects. You can mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of honey is a glass of water. then drink this water 2-3 times a day or as you need. Dilute the vinegar in the plain water and use it to rinse your mouth. It would freshen your breath and prevent from smell induced vomiting.
Dalchini or cinnamon has the soothing power same as possessed by the mint. So, you can prepare cinnamon tea by boiling a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of water or simply by putting a cinnamon stick in the boiling water. Steep it for a few minutes. Drink this tea after straining. You can add honey for taste and boost its efficacy. Dalchini tea is effective for nausea and vomiting caused by maldigestion. Remember, do not use this remedy for the pregnant women.
Clove With Soothing Power
Clove also has the soothing power and helps to treat nausea and vomiting. It is even more effective if use for gastric irritability induced vomiting. Simply, you can prepare clove tea or chew a few cloves in a day to help yourself. Like always, you can flavor it with honey.
